BioI like life, myself and people. I never get angry or malicious. I live by the words of the great Thich Nhat Hanh, "Smiling is a spiritual practice". Truer words have never been spoken. And why not smile? Life is good! We are breathing feeling human beings and why spend precious time hating, being angry and upset.
